Meet the Cookie Crew


​Shelbie Archibeque is a full-time single mother to her son, Nathan, who was diagnosed with autism in 2023. After facing ongoing challenges finding adequate childcare and educational support, Shelbie made the difficult but intentional decision to step away from her career to homeschool Nathan and provide him with the individualized education he deserves.
Alongside raising Nathan, Shelbie pursued her own education and graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development, with an emphasis on child and youth development. Through both lived experience and academic study, she has become a passionate advocate for inclusion, accessibility, and autism awareness.

Together, Shelbie and Nathan have built a growing online community centered on celebrating differences and embracing unique abilities. Through creative projects like the Moto Monsters, they work to raise autism awareness throughout Washington State and beyond. Their adventures often include visiting motorcycle dealerships, exploring new places, and connecting with people along the way.

Throttle Travel & Cookie Crew: Giving back is part of who we are. A portion of the proceeds from this cruise event will be going to Northwest Austism Center.
