About Throttle TravelAs a young adult, I loved to “wander.” By the age of 21, I visited Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Illinois, Kentucky, Kansas, and Pennsylvania. From there, I settled down, finished college, and started a rewarding accounting career. With my husband, we balanced opposite work shifts, raised an amazing daughter, I earned my MBA, obtain a CPA license, and both of our careers quickly flourished.

Like most young families, we moved into a bigger home and juggled life demands. We purchased a home near a local Harley-Davidson dealership, and soon after moving in Harley-Davidson was celebrating their 100th anniversary. If you live in or near Milwaukee, you have been exposed to these “big” anniversary year parties. These milestone anniversary celebrations are fantastic and they hook you in. If you haven’t, it’s a must to add to your bucket list. The sport connects people from all over the world. Very similar to travel...we're all connected. If we had not experienced the "Harley" community we may have missed the many opportunities to explore new places and meet amazing people, we now call family!

With our riding seasons in the Midwest being short and winters brutal, we spent our cold months dreaming of where to go and spent months planning our trips. Our spark to be a “wanderer” resurfaced and we found ourselves traveling by motorcycle whenever and wherever we could. With friends, family, and even complete strangers. We began to discover our home state of Wisconsin. Once we became empty-nesters, the long-distance motorcycle trips started and we've experienced life in the most amazing way!

Over the past decade, We've visited all states except for Alaska, Hawaii, and the states along the upper east coast and have racked over 90,000 miles of riding. As our desire to wander grew we started to travel internationally including many trips to the Cancun/Riviera Maya area. San Lucas Cabo, by far is our favorite. If you're looking for sun, sand to walk in, and within walking distance activities, this is it. If you're lucky to travel here during December and January whale watching is a must! Our favorite type of travel, by far, is cruising. Many destinations while unpacking once.
Our other passions include running, volunteering and doing what we can to help rescued dogs. Now, after a long, successful, careers helping companies move forward and thrive, we've decided to venture out on our own. We look forward to using our “wandering passion” to plan your next “endless possibility.”
